This function allows you to rescale the current Terrain database and reset the data structure.
You are prompted with the calculated centre point coordinates and site diameter, which can be changed. A constant can also be added or multiplied to the points at the same time.
If the block structure of the database becomes unbalanced, typically as a result of adding large amounts of data outside the original site limits, efficiency can degrade. This function resets the block structure by performing an automatic ASCII export and re-import.
