Edit Roundabout

Editing a roundabout is a little different to the other junctions.

You can edit the roundabout crown line, as well as the crown lines of any of the connecting roads.  You can also edit the width, crossfall and connecting grade of the roundabout circle.

Procedure

  1. You are prompted to:

Edit Junction: Indicate intersecting road, close to the junction

  1. Click close to the Stockdale roundabout to display the Stockdale Roundabout Editor.

  1. Use the normal string editing functions to alter the crown strings and then click Close when done.
  1. You are prompted to:

Edit Roundabout centre circle settings

  1. The Roundabout Road Setup displays simultaneously.

The road name of the roundabout circle road displays in the Road Name box. The Destination Road Entity, as well as the Road Name, are read-only.

  1. Click Edit CAD targeting if you want to change the CAD selection for crown line and edge lines.

  2. You will be prompted to:

  1. If you clicked Yes, you are prompted for the following for each crown line:

Follow the same procedure as the Add Roundabout function.

  1. Click OK to view the crown lines in the Stockdale Roundabout Editor. The Stockdale roundabout calculations are performed to reflect the changes and the drawing is updated.
  1. Click Close.
