Base Surface

Select the base surface from which elevations should be extracted.

Terrace Surface

Check this option and select the terrace surface from which elevations should be extracted, in order to track elevations from two surfaces simultaneously.

Search distance

Use strings model for interpolation

Select this checkbox if you want height interpolation to make use of road strings (when Generate type is set to Strings) and terrain strings (if there are child strings). Heights at these places will be interpolated from the strings model rather than the specified surface.
