Various formatting conventions have been used throughout this help file to make certain items more recognisable.

Buttons |
Buttons are displayed in bold. For example, "Click OK to close the window." |
Options |
Options are displayed in italics. For example, "Select the Print to fit option." |
Prompts |
Prompts, as they appear on screen, are displayed in a yellow highlight box.

Menu Paths |
Menu paths are displayed in bold. For example, File ► Load ► Load Layers. Consecutive menu selections are separated with the ► character. For example, File ► Load ► Load Layers means select File from the main menu, then select Load from the menu that is displayed, then select Load Layers from the subsequent menu. |
File Paths |
File paths are displayed in italics. For example, C:\Users\Public\Documents\Knowledge Base Software. |
Keyboard Keys |
Keyboard keys, also known as shortcut keys or hot keys, are enclosed in square brackets. For example:
