Name Constant

Add to or remove suffix from point names.

This function allows you to add or remove a suffix to the names of points.

The point selection controls which points are altered. The selected points have their names altered by adding or removing the relative suffix from each one's existing name. The points are listed as they are altered in the database.

Procedure

1. The Name Constant Details display.

2. Click Select to display the point selection options.

3. Select the points to be changed and the Constant Details display again.

4. Specify the constant to be added to the beginning or end of, or removed from, the names of selected points.

5. Click OK.

6. The names of the selected points are changed.
