The Spreadsheet option allows you to edit the data in a spreadsheet format. The following right-click menu options are available:

Toggle Delete/Recall |
Delete a entry. The deleted entry will be displayed as shown below:
To recall a deleted entry, simply use the right-click Toggle Delete/Recall function again. |

Write CSV File |
Export the spreadsheet data in a comma delimited file (.CSV). |
You can use the standard Windows clipboard functions to cut (Ctrl+X), copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) between cells in the spreadsheet.
