Click Browse to browse to the folder where the file to be imported is saved.

File type - Fixed width or Delimited

Select the option that matches the format in which the data will be read. You can select fixed width or Comma, Tab, or Space delimited.

Treat consecutive delimiters as one

Select the checkbox if there is more than one delimiter between two data fields, and no entries with some empty fields.

Next Button

Click to display the next page of the wizard. The page displayed depends on whether Fixed Columns or one of the Delimited options was selected as the file type.

Cancel Button

Click to cancel the function.
