Setup Views

Split the drawing window into multiple views.

The drawing space (normal drawing area) can be split into multiple views. You can then switch between different views in your model.

Drawing space views are different to, and distinct from, viewports in layouts.

Procedure

When a new drawing is opened, it opens in the default setup with only one view active.

To divide the drawing area into multiple views:

1. Select View ► Setup Views or click the icon in the Misc toolbar. The View Layout options display.

2. Select a view layout by clicking one of the large square buttons.

3. The drawing window is split up into multiple views laid out according to the view layout you selected.
