Perpendicular Snap

This Snap Mode snaps to the nearest point so the entity being drawn is perpendicular to the entity snapped to.

 The following entities can be snapped to in Perpendicular snap mode:

• Lines

• Polylines

• Lightweight Polylines (without bulges)

• Spline

The following draw functions support Perpendicular snap mode:

• Draw Lines Chained/Point-to-point

• Draw Polyline

• Draw LW Polyline (line edge type)

• Draw Rectangle/Polygon

• Draw Circle

• Draw Ellipse/Elliptical Arcs

This mode is  usually suspended when you start drawing an entity, and is re-enabled after the first point has been entered.
