Vehicle Dimensions

Set the dimensions of various vehicles.

The Vehicle Dimensions window allows you to set the dimensions for various vehicle types.

There are 13 standard vehicle types, which can be used to define most standard vehicles. You can have more than one vehicle in the group file from the same vehicle type, as long as each vehicle name is unique. These vehicle types dictate the format of the Vehicle dimension window, as well as the simulation process.

All the dimensions, as well as the Vehicle Name, can be edited and are stored in the Vehicle Group File. When changing the Vehicle name, you can either change the name of the current vehicle, or create a new vehicle with the changed name.

The 13 vehicle types can be sub-divided into five main groups:

• Single Unit Vehicles

• Articulated Vehicles

• Vehicles with full trailers

• Vehicles with semi-trailers

• Aircraft

Procedure

1. The vehicle dimensions of the active vehicle display.

2. Type in the relevant values and click OK to save.
