Move a VPI

This function allows you to move an existing VPI.

Procedure

1. You are prompted to:

Indicate VPI to move

2. Click an existing VPI.

3. You are prompted to:

Indicate new position for VPI

4. Click on the desired position and the VPI is updated to reflect the new position. The new VPI position displays on the screen as the mouse is moved. Press [Esc] during the second part of the procedure to cancel the move.

5. Once the moved point has been placed, the program checks if the current curve length is greater than the minimum length, according to the minimum k-value in the Design Criteria. If your current curve length is less than the minimum, you are prompted to:

6. Click Yes to use the minimum curve length; or No to keep the original length.
