Surveyor origin

Enter the horizontal and vertical surveyor coordinates of the centre of the paper, as well as the height. The order of entry (Y,X,Z or X,Y,Z) depends on the setting for Coordinate order.

Set to known point

Select this checkbox if you don't know the coordinates for the centre of the paper, but do know the coordinate of some entity in the drawing. After you click OK on the Drawing Settings you are asked to indicate the position of the coordinate entered for Surveyor origin. The coordinates of the paper centre are then calculated from this known position.

Coordinate order

Select to have surveyor coordinates displayed in X,Y,Z order (Northing, easting), or in Y,X,Z order (Easting, northing).

Hemisphere

Select the required hemisphere for the surveyor drawing. Changing hemisphere will automatically alter the coordinate order, and will also alter settings for the Angular format in the Drawing Settings.
