Pipe Level represents

Invert level

Select when the Pipe Level column in the file contains invert levels, which is typical for design data.

Top of the pipe

Select when Pipe Level column in the file contains elevations of the top of the pipe, which is typical for an as-built survey.

Pipe Routes

Create pipe route from each continuous section

Select this checkbox when selected routes will be created from each continuous stretch of chained pipes.

Import into group

Select which group the new pipes will be placed in. Click New to create a new group.

Assigning data fields

Click on the column header and choose a data field from the popup menu. The available fields are:

• Easting - Coordinate in East-West direction, required.

• Northing - Coordinate in North-South direction, required.

• Pipe Level - Elevation of pipe invert or top, depending on previously explained settings, required.

• Ground Level - Optional, when omitted it will be obtained from DTM.

• Material - Pipe material, optional, see Notes below.

• Class - Pipe pressure class, optional, see Notes below.

• Nominal Dia - Pipe nominal diameter, optional, see Notes below.

• Internal Dia - Pipe internal diameter, optional, see Notes below.

• Outside Dia - Pipe outside diameter, optional, see Notes below.
